Mission, vision and strategy are three fundamental elements of any organization’s strategic planning and management. Eyesight:

The vision is a directional signal that inspires employees and stakeholders to strive for a shared future state.
Strategy:
The strategy is the overall plan or approach the organization adopts to fulfil its mission and realize its vision. It involves a series of strategic goals and action plans designed to leverage the organization’s resources and strengths while addressing any challenges or risks. The strategy is dynamic and often adapted by internal and external factors to ensure the competitiveness and success of the organization.

The interconnection between mission, vision and strategy is critical to achieving organizational coherence and success. The mission establishes the purpose, the vision sets the direction, and the strategy outlines how to achieve the desired goals. When these three elements work in harmony, they create a robust framework for the organization’s actions, strengthening its competitiveness and ability to create long-lasting value.
